Plans and limits

For prices, see Pricing. This page helps you choose a plan, not decode technical specs.

  • You are picking Solo, Teams, or Teams Pro for the first time
  • You need signing order, minimum signatures, or multi-recipient payouts
  • You want gated file packets or payout packets as a solo operator
  • You want long-term retention without buying the highest team tier
  • You are unsure whether payout packets need extra approval beyond the plan

A freelancer on Solo sends contracts with gated deliverables and payout packets, then exports proof packets for their records. When two colleagues join, they upgrade to Teams for shared drafts and templates. They add archival separately for three-year retention without needing Teams Pro until they need signing order or conditional file release.

I work alone but need payouts or gated files. Solo includes basic handoffs. Subscribe to Solo, then request payout access in Workspace settings if you plan to attach USDC payouts.

I do not want team features. Stay on Solo for handoffs without shared templates or team visibility. Teams at one seat is available if you want pooled quota or per-packet recipient selection without inviting colleagues.

When is Teams Pro worth it? When you need sequential signing, quorum, multi-recipient payout rules, custom workspace treasury payouts, or signature-conditional file release.

  • Long-term retention is a yearly archival subscription in Workspace settings. You do not need Teams Pro just for storage.
  • USDC payout packets require workspace payout access approval from Filosign, plus normal wallet setup.
  • Some Teams Pro items on the pricing page are still on the roadmap.
  1. Open Workspace settingsBilling.
  2. Start a trial, subscribe, or switch between Teams and Teams Pro.
  3. Open Archival separately if you need multi-year retention.
  4. Open Payout attachment access before attaching payout packets.
