Agreement workflows
Filosign is private agreement workflow software. Send private documents, collect signatures, export proof, and unlock payout packets or gated files when signing conditions are met. The signed agreement is not the end; it unlocks the next step.
When to use this
Section titled “When to use this”- You need signatures plus a follow-up action (payment, file release, or proof export)
- Your team shares drafts, templates, and envelopes in one workspace
- You want signing order, minimum signatures, or conditional payouts on Teams Pro
- You are comparing how Filosign differs from a signature-only e-sign tool
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Compose: Prepare the document, add recipients, place signature fields, and optionally attach payout packets or gated files.
- Send: Deliver invitations securely.
- Sign: Collect signatures in parallel or using a sequential signing order.
- Prove: Download the completed proof packet with the audit trail and verification references.
- Release: Signing conditions automatically trigger next steps. USDC payout packets execute, or gated files unlock for selected recipients.
What unlocks after signing
Section titled “What unlocks after signing”- Payout packets: Pay contractors, distribute grants, or resolve bounties automatically. Approved USDC transfers execute from your wallet when signing conditions are satisfied.
- Gated file release: Release deliverables, source code, or sensitive annexes only after you receive the client's signature or HR approvals.
Example workflow
Section titled “Example workflow”A grant manager sends a milestone report to a recipient. When both parties sign, the agreement is complete, and the attached payout packet automatically releases USDC grant funding from the program's linked treasury. The manager downloads the proof packet for the grant file.
What to watch out for
Section titled “What to watch out for”- Release conditions must match what you mean. Some options sound different but fire at the same milestone depending on who is on the envelope.
- Payout packets need workspace payout access approval and USDC on Base.
- Proof exports unlock only after the envelope is fully signed or voided.
- Teams Pro features like turn order and minimum signatures affect when payouts and gated files release.
