Workspace overview
A workspace is your team's home in Filosign: billing, members, shared drafts, and templates. Solo users have a personal workspace. Growing teams invite colleagues into the same one.
When to use this
Section titled “When to use this”- You are onboarding teammates and need to know where billing and roles live
- You want long-term document retention separate from your sending plan
- You need a team wallet for USDC payout packets
- You are choosing between Solo, Teams, and Teams Pro

Example workflow
Section titled “Example workflow”A five-person startup upgrades from Solo to Teams. The admin invites colleagues, enables shared drafts and templates, and links a treasury wallet for contractor payout packets. Archival is added separately for three-year retention.
What to watch out for
Section titled “What to watch out for”- Your personal workspace (the first one you create) can stay on Free or upgrade to Solo anytime.
- Each additional workspace needs its own Teams or Teams Pro subscription at creation. Complete checkout, then name the workspace.
- Archival is a separate yearly subscription, not bundled into Teams Pro.
- Payout packets need payout access approval plus wallet setup.
Creating another workspace
Section titled “Creating another workspace”- Open the workspace menu in the sidebar footer and choose Create workspace (or use New workspace in Workspace settings).
- If you already own a workspace, pick a plan and finish checkout.
- After checkout, name the workspace and confirm create. Billing is attached to that workspace only.
How to manage your workspace in the app
Section titled “How to manage your workspace in the app”- Open Workspace settings from the sidebar footer.
- Use Team members to invite people and set roles.
- Use Billing to change plan or seats.
- Use Archival to buy multi-year retention.
- Use Treasury wallet and Payout attachment access before team payouts.
Use the workspace menu in the sidebar footer to switch workspaces.
