Billing and seats

Workspace billing lives under Workspace settings. The active plan controls monthly send limits, signer caps, and which collaboration features your org can use.

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial when you subscribe through the app. Team document quota is pooled: 15 or 25 documents per seat per month, shared across the workspace. Solo quota is per account, not per seat.

Seat quota allocation (splitting monthly sends per member) is on the roadmap and is not available in the app yet.

Archival storage is a separate yearly subscription. You do not need Teams Pro for storage alone.

A ten-person team subscribes to Teams with eight seats. They share a pooled quota of 120 documents per month (15 × 8) and upgrade to Teams Pro when they need signing order, multi-recipient payout rules, and a custom workspace treasury.

  • Each active member and pending invite counts toward your seat minimum.
  • Downgrading may remove access to team features (shared templates, team drafts, comments) when the new plan does not include them.
  • Quotas reset each calendar month.

From Workspace settingsBilling you can:

  • Start a trial or subscribe to Solo, Teams, or Teams Pro
  • Switch between Teams and Teams Pro
  • Add or remove seats
  • Open the billing portal to update payment method or cancel
